Another year of superbly focused advice given in such an understandable manner by an expert to a couple of illiterate IT idiots.  Advice beyond the call of duty come as normal from Top Marks I.T. - who would expect a reply from the governor whilst he was on a family holiday; but there he was, with his dongle hanging outside the tent, dealing with clients problems.  What more is there to say!!
