Please
note current fees effective as from January 2011.
Block
booked tuition sessions (4 or more pre-booked sessions)
Hourly
rate: £20.00 / hour.
Travel
time may be added for visits outside Bexhill.
Home/office
visit call out for fault finding/problem solving, repairs, upgrades or
one off tuition sessions charged at £30.00 for first hour (or
part of) then £30.00 per hour (or pro-rata part of) thereafter.
Note
- For problem solving/fault finding my 'no fix no fee' policy remains,
however a one hour limit will be observed to locate & cure the
fault. Where more time is required, the option of a return pc to
workshop repair at an agreed fixed price & timescale will be
offered/discussed.
(Peripheral
device faults dealt with on a case by case basis & advised at time
of visit)

in the products to be repaired or upgraded and remove any removable
media, such
as diskettes, CDs, DVDs or PC Cards before returning or submitting the
products
for repair or replacement.
Top Marks I.T. Computer Services does not
accept
any liability for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or
altered
during repair or upgrade. Customer accepts full responsibility for
Customer
software and data and Top Marks I.T. Computer Services are not required
to
advise or remind customers of appropriate backup and other procedures.
Top Marks I.T. Computer Services will not be
liable for any damage or conflict caused to other equipment by Goods
supplied
and or installed.
Top Marks I.T. Computer Services does not
accept
responsibility for any damage resulting from viruses or other malicious
pieces
of software that may have been present during servicing or escaped
detection.
Top Marks I.T. Computer Services have
permission
from the customer to replace assemblies or components with devices of
similar,
or better, design and capability.
The customer understands and accepts that
some
applications may no longer work properly after a repair, due to the
installation of different hardware or software. It is the customer’s
responsibility to reconfigure or reinstall any such applications.
Top Marks I.T. Computer Services have
permission
from the customer to carry out the work on the equipment in need of
repair.
