Remove
excessive 'Mail Merge' buttons from 'Word' ....
In Microsoft Word, the Tools menu can
sometimes become littered with excessive entries for 'mail merge'. This
is a bug that sometimes occurs when Microsoft Word and Microsoft Works
are both installed on a computer. To stop this...

Go to the Start menu,

then select Control Panel
-
Double click on Add/Remove Programs
-
Scroll
down and select 'Microsoft Works Suite Add-In for Microsoft Word'

Now click Remove
-
Now manually remove the entries - open
Word, right click on the Tools menu & select Customize. Left click
the Tools menu, right click one of the 'mail merge' entries, and click
on Delete. Do the same for each mail merge entry, then click on Close
in the Customize dialogue box.
